Notice to Residents: Annual Fall Water Main Flushing

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

ANNUAL WATER MAIN FLUSHING NOTICE

Rutland Waterworks District crews will be performing annual water main flushing starting October 24^th, to November 4^th, 2022, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Water main flushing is an integral part of maintaining water quality. 

Areas affected are as follows:

 All Roads within the boundaries of Hwy 33 to Springfield Rd and Gerstmar Rd to Ziprick Rd and all roads within this area, including Simpson, Wenric, Mills, Keehn, Fir Crt, Baron, Banks, Carshyl, Enterprise Way, Commerce, Jenkins, Powick and Cary Rds.  During this period you may experience varied water pressure and some discoloration in your water.  If you do experience discoloration in your water, we advise you to run your cold water until it runs clear.

Please refrain from doing laundry during these hours.
